Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes adjustments to visits are necessary. Therefore, we require at least a 24-hour notice for all cancelations/reschedules. Visits are booked with only a 30-minute buffer between groups, so please arrive on time for your farm visit. Your visit will NOT be extended if you are late, however you will be charged for the FULL amount of the appointment. Out of respect and consideration to other groups, please plan accordingly & be on time.
